At the time of the great Exodus from Egypt, Miriam was at the forefront of the Jewish people. She led the Jews in song and dance as they triumphed their miraculous escape though the parted Red Sea. When the Jews began their forty years of wandering they were parched with thirst, but with Miriam’s presence, water would magically appear. This water is famously known as The Well of Miriam….
